Science Salon is a monthly Zoom event organized by Troy Shinbrot & Clif Ashcraft. Invited speakers provide intriguing summaries of selected science topics ranging from astronomy to chaos to physiology. No science background is needed: all talks are intended to be accessible to all, and questions and discussion are encouraged.

We meet by zoom on one Thursday evening every month at 8 pm (zoom link here – passcode “chalice”). The choice of Thursday depends on holidays and speaker schedules, but is posted in the weekly TUS e-mail blast, or you can contact us at shinbrot@rutgers.edu or wa2guf@gmail.com.
