Mindful Living is a monthly Zoom program offered by Dr. Pat Connelly. Pat is a long time meditator and student of Buddhism. Our goal in this group is to bring more mindfulness in our day to day lives. In each meeting, we read an inspirational passage (usually Buddhist in origin), meditate together for 20 minutes and then talk about how to bring this into our lives. The group is very supportive.

Currently, the group takes place on the first Sunday evening of the month at 7 pm. You can find the link in our weekly e-mail (“e-blast”) or mailing list.
